mohawk madness...

I've almost had my mohawk for a year. I first got it cut by my sister, who didn't do a very good job, but it still was pretty awsome. I got sick of seeing the base of the back of my mohawk skinnier than the rest, and so I shaved it off so i can regrow it. now my hair still isn't long enough for the length of the mohawk I want, so i'm still having to wait for it to grow out. any suggestions on how I can help my hair grow?

I hear vitamin E helps hair grow as does washing it in cold water.

I have noticed that when I used gelatin to do my hair, it seems to grow a bit faster but it may just be my imagination. I have heard that gelatin has proteins in it that is good for hair as well.

mane and tail shampoo *CVS* its used to regrow hair in horses but it works with me.

As much as I absolutely despise wal-mart...they have both the shampoo and conditioner in the pet section there.

Could also check pet stores I would think
