Mohawks Rock

So I hate winter for many reasons, one of them being that I can't put my hair up without my head freezing (also because you lose 90% of your body heat through your head). Do you guys put your hair up and brave it or leave it down for the season?

I've also seen pictures of people who cut a slit in their winter hats so their hawk will still stick out but their head is warm. Anyone ever do this?

Winter is fucking awesome! I love feeling the cold air on my freshly shaved to the skin sides. It is very refreshing and makes you feel very alive and in touch with the world.

So to answer, mine is up all through the harsh western NY winters and I love it =)
i tough it out, that shit feels good. wakes my ass up in the morning when i wait for the bus. plus it never rains so there is virtually no bad hairdays due to weather. and since its cold your hawk is super stiff.
im letting my hair grow out this winter and shaving it again when it starts to get warmer.i need some virgin hair, and my hair needs a break from hairspray, color, and bleach.its really fucking cold anyway.
I was thinking, for the people who sport liberty spiked hawks, earmuffs are perfect, if you just make sure to section the spikes so the band thingy that goes on top of your head can rest between 2 spikes. I think that could look pretty cool :b
Good tip....
usualy i let the side grow out abit, but not long enough to be considered a faux-hawk.
I live in a cold wet place so the cold does not bother me , I wear my hawk up and sides shaved permanently , drink some cement and harden the fuck up :)
powdered concrete ftw
try it with some scorpion vodka
One of my bfs mates used to have his liberty spikes through his hat :)
i definatly still rock it. but i have tried doing liberty spikes, and the cutting a headband to fit inbetween one.
it works... for the most part haha, but other than that, fuck wearing it down! even if ive got to deal with mangled canada winters.
Gotta rock it. Unless its super cold... then not all the time. Your ears need warm days.
The hat idea is genius!!!! I just brave it...but I live in Seattle, and it rarely gets below 0 C /32 F so its not much of a deal. However, I am just going to forgo shaving the sides this winter to keep my heat retaining to a maximum.
