my mohawk is getting long ...
to put into a fan with my ussuall got2B and moco de gorrila mix
it will just fall to the side when i try to fan it.
so i've been wearing it in libert spikes which is fine with me but, my parents don't like it like that.
normally i wouldn't care if they liked it or not but there threatening to cut random spikes when i have it up like that.
i know they'll do it to.
my mom did it last year as i sat in the living room so i was forced to cut it all.
any tips like what kind of gel to use or how to keep it up.

dont use gel, its usually too heavy for longer hair, keep trying with different hairsprays until you find something that workds for you. rave #4 is popular and bed head hard head hairspray is my favorite..
and another thing..your parents are rather ridiculous, its okay with them if you fan it but not if you spike it? wheres the logic in that?!

How do you put your mohawk up?
Technique is the thing sometimes/
I know if I don't spray the base of my hawk good and blow dry it, then it'll collapse on me when I try and spray the hell out of the top'
A Hair straightener also works wonders lol but you gotta get the hang of it, I just spray the crap out of my base then blow dry, after that I spray a section of the top and straighten it, then go on to the next section'
Of course, it' can get tricky in the back for me

i only have a short mohican but i use really cheap hairspray from asda (it's about 37p)

wal*mart for about 70 cents? i'm english so i dunno, but the spray holds for ages if i spray the roots and then hair dry it and work my way up, it can stand for ages, inless it rains :( i'd never use gel or mousse, it wouldn't hold, i have thick hair

but yeah gel is not good for it if its long its way too heavy,theres a hairspray called whitesands you can get on the internet thats amazing
