police brutality
well we went protesting today, loudly, but peacefull, the media has twisted it all saying we were carrying offensive weapons, and went into the bank to rob it. however,we were sat outside and the coppers just started dragging us around so when we decided to help our fallen comrades :) they hit us with the batons. one girl had to got to a&e for concussion, most of us got hit.
what i wanna know is what are your thoughts about this.
most people say it was just their job. BUT we didnt assault them in anyway (except for the usual ACAB chants :)

i think its retarded. cops shouldnt be able to beat people because they are protesting. i could see them having to use force if you were a physically threatening people.

Agreed and ok, we could but would it make things better? With the failing school systems and mounting retardation of people and greed and power hungry, would we be without a police force long? I don't think so.

Even without the police we'd naturally create one to stop idiots doing whatever they want whenever they want, it might not be "The Police" but it'd still be a system of law enforcement based on collective morals.
