Buttload 'o Bottlecaps
So between me and a few friends i've saved up a lot of beer bottle caps and i thought it would be cool to make something out of them. so im going to try to make a big misfits skull out of them for my girlfriends b day. only problem is im an idiot and have no fucking idea on how to keep them together.
I dont think glue will work, so if anyone has any tips or ideas or something let me know. any help would be really appriciated

You can try punching a hole in each side and tying/threading them together? Or if she has drywall in her room you can push them into the wall or ceiling in the design you want..

Get a big MDF board or something, glue them onto it in the shape, then cut around it, that way it will be more structurally sound.
Or you can drill holes in them and weave them together.

i swear to bog i was going to do this same thing XD. i suggest painting a stencil on a piece of wood, then nail the caps in accordingly.

What about a bigass styrofoam skull on black cardboard? that'd be cool too. I think I'm gonna make one for my own room.

or you can use a hot glue gun ....... tends to work with alot of things or if you have a mig machine you can spot weld them together :) thast what id do

get a can tab (those things that open the hole on beer cans), small saftey pin, pliers, and your bottle cap
Step 1- put the safety pin in the tab
Step 2- put the tab/saftey pin in the cap
Step 3- Fold the edges of the cap over the tab
viola! its a pin!

Get some like playdoh (play-do? play dough? fuck it) and stick them in then just let it harden but be careful cause that shit breaks apart.... OR! fuck idk
