What are your favorite bands, im trying to get into more music...even though im into a lot

Metallica ( before they were overrated )
Iron Maiden

they are very cool indeed. I finally got to see them live last month, which is rad since I love them. :]
but yeah. if your favourite band is Metallica, you probably won't like dcfc. they're music's too mellow.
Ben is amazing with lyrics, though.

I don't care what people say.
My friend Sam makes fun of Metallica around me cos he knows they're my favorite band and i know a shitload about them making me an actual fan and not a scene kid that thinks hes cool...sorry for the short rant....but he appreciates their music (the first four albums at least)
