Mohawks Rock

I have gotten my third mohawk cut this evening.

=D

I was just curious to see how many people have gone through multiple mohawks. And I mean hair grown out QUITE a bit before getting another one.

I did go for the chelsea-hawk this time but I will be wearing a wig to work. Oh well, just means mine'll have an excuse to be very colorful, eh? I want to hear your stories about how you ended up with more than one mohawk-your reasons for getting another.

well i had to cut mine off for work a few times then grow it back Does that count?
Haha, yeah. I wasn't looking for specific reasons, just thinking more that it doesn't particularly count if you cut it short and then grow it longer.
oh no ive svaved it totaly off for work then grew it back out
1st hawk was shaved off after a skull fracture aged 13 , 2nd hawk shaved off cause a mate fucked it up trimming it , 3rd hawk shaved off due to a shooting inccident , 4th hawk died due too many bleachings , 5th hawk lasted a whole 5 years before I wanted a change , 6th hawk I shaved off for a particular high paid job , 7th hawk shaved off due to dickhead nursing staff while I was in a coma , 8th hawk has lasted 10 years and still going strong .
My first hawk was when I was 15, I didn't get my next one (current one) until I was 20. :)
Oh yeah. Growing is a bastard
First hawk I turned into a bihawk because it was weak and I was bored. Shaved off the bihawk then got my 2nd hawk which I've had since.. Want to go back to my bihawk or a dread hawk but just haven't got around to it..
only once
The first time I chopped it in half and it was 5 inches before I put it back up again. This last month or so I cut it down to an inch and it was 4 inches before I started fucking with it again. But in between those times I grew the entire left side out.

After the very first one, I got a haircut from a barber that cuts wigger hair. CHoPPed it the fuck up. So I had to have it 'up' constantly. Which brings up another question.....
Done it a number of times, once for work, other times just for a change or 'cause of bad cutting. heh Usually I shave it all off, grow it in again, either to shape it as it goes or after an inch or so cut it out.

Chopped it right down last summer to a buzz-hawk, really regretted that for a bit, but had to happen to sort it out. Now it's grown longer than ever and I've managed spikes proper for the first time. =]
I am on about my third one now!
