i've been reading the original TMNT comics and the Shredder was Oroku Saki, and he was Oroku Nagis younger brother. Saki killed Hamato Yoshi because Yoshi killed Nagi, then the turtles "killed" Shredder as revenge for Yoshi's death. and yea they are darker and more violent, all the killing surprised me at first because i'm so used to them being more kid friendly, but i got over it super fast cuz it's just so cool. and it's also way awesome how a lot of the designs for characters and stuff is almost exactly the same in the 2003 cartoons as it was in the comics.

i'ed have to say

1. spider jerusalem
he's just simply fucking cool and i can totally relate to him. plus who doesn't like someone who's only weapons are his foot and a bowel gun that can give people instant shit in their pants

2. nightcrawler
idk for some reason i've always felt a sort of connection with this character since i first found him when i was 6

3. michelangelo
idk man i guess its just a sign of my age really but i think he largely influenced my way of talking to this day

4. Shikai (soon to be changed to Sly) from the webcomic shism.org
honestly i find him largely by personality a very attractive person

5. cant think of any right now because there are just way too many comics and mangas i've read since i was about 5

Mikey has totally influenced the way i talk. i've always wanted to find a way to work cowabunga into a convo but to this day i haven't been able to do it.

its not as hard as it seems its about as hard as gogala i've used it as my goodbye similar to "have fun dude" just replace have fun with cowabunga or when i'm about to jump into a crazy strong pit i just look to my buddies and yell it. altho bodatious is alot easier to work with.

yea i've used bodacious a couple times, it gets me weird looks.
i think i've also managed tubular.

I can relate about the nightcrawler thing. Something about the fact that he cannot hide the fact that he is a mutant and has an upbeat attitude about it, kinda speaks to me. Also he is a hardcore catholic, (he was a priest for a while) and I used to be a hardcore catholic as well.

i have a friend that picked nightcrawler for the with who? question. she digs the German thing.
but yea nightcrawler tottaly rocks. he scared me when i was little though.

yea the catholic thing i can't really relate but i can relate to the hardcore beliefs part
but yea his personality, views and look are all cool(i don't like what the movies have done to him and could have hated the xman movies just for that altho they did suck in my opinion)

yeah they kinda made him a pussy. The first one was pretty cool, second one was a ok, the third I think someone pooped out then placed on film reel.
