I thought it was from the first movie, but since you said it wasn't I decided to watch the second and third movie again. I just watched the line, paused the movie and am now posting.

That was going to bug me if I didn't get it.

yes! haha one of my favorite lines from Sam! also Two Towers is my favorite movie of the trilogy.
