- I like punk music (NOFX, Black Flag, Me First And The Gimmie Gimmies, The Cramps, Misfits, Social D etc.), experimental electronic (Tobacco, Black Moth Super Rainbow), rockabilly (Reverend Horton Heat), and hip hop (B. Dolan, Sage Francis, EL-P, Killer Mike, Run The Jewels). I skateboard, play drums, piano, and euphonium horn. I like listening to music on vinyl, I try to as much as I can as opposed to MP3, CD, etc. Like having a mohawk, it scares people in the dirty south and I love it.

Welcome to the site! Not tried gelatin myself - the few times I tried spikes I made do with hairspray - doesn't work well at all, ends split apart. But you'll find some useful threads on the forum about products & methods for spiking.
Hope to see some action shots with you on your skateboard with spikes or the 'hawk. :)
